Tezami Natural Mead with Pure Spring Water and Wild Jara Honey
We ferment and age naturally, with spring water and indigenous yeast, without filtration, and without the use of stabilizers or clearing agents, in a contamination-free environment in Tskhvarichamia, surrounded by the forests of Tbilisi National Park.
Jara is an ancient Ajarian tradition of wild beekeeping. In remote mountainous areas, bees are cared for according to established ethical and technical principles so they thrive and produce pure, nutrient-rich honey with smooth texture and exceptional depth of flavor.
